   A-230051F0002; A-230050F0002; and A-210068F0002. Consolidated Pocono Utilities, Inc., Delaware Sewer Company, Clean Treatment Sewage Company and Maple Crest Water Company. Joint Application of Consolidated Pocono Utilities, Inc., Delaware Sewer Company (Delaware), Clean Treatment Sewage Company (Clean) and Maple Crest Water Company (Maple), for approval of the transfer of control of Delaware, Clean and Maple.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before December 20, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
