   The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no such documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution #CB-00-095, Dated April 25, 2000. Authorizes the side letter with the Pennsylvania State Park Officers Association to amend the current collective bargaining agreement to clarify the eligibility of Seasonal Park Rangers for longevity increments.

   Resolution #CB-00-096, Dated April 25, 2000. Approves the side letter with AFSCME that grants three step in-range salary adjustments for employes in the Boiler Inspector and Boiler Inspections Supervisor classifications upon class revision to Certified Boiler Engineer and Certified Boiler Engineer Supervisor, respectively. The approximate cost of these adjustments for 27 employes is $85,000. This cost includes associated salary sensitive benefit costs.

   Resolution #CB-00-101, Dated April 25, 2000. Authorizes the interest arbitration award with the FOP-Capitol Police bargaining unit (L4). The award stipulates collective bargaining language for the period July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2003.
