   A prereview telephone conference initiated by the Administrative Hearings Office shall occur on June 30, 2000, at 10 a.m. A review shall occur on July 13, 2000, at 10 a.m. in Room 200, Capitol Associates Building, Administrative Hearings Office, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. If an attorney or representative for a party attending the review does not have complete settlement authority relative to this matter, the party or persons with full settlement authority shall be available by telephone during the review. During the prereview telephone conference, the parties shall be prepared to discuss settlement, stipulations, witnesses and the documents anticipated for use at the review, estimated time for the review, special evidentiary or legal issues and other matters relevant to the orderly, efficient and just resolution of this matter. On or before June 26, 2000, each party shall file with the Administrative Hearings Office by facsimile, (717) 787-8781 and serve upon the other party by facsimile an entry of appearance designating the lead attorney or representative to receive service of orders, filings and communications in this matter, together with that person's address, telephone number and facsimile number. Each party shall similarly designate the lead attorney or representative who will participate in the prereview telephone conference, if different than the person designated for service. No prereview memoranda or other written submissions are required for the prereview telephone conference; however, the parties are encouraged to discuss settlement and possible stipulations pending the conference. Except as established during the prereview telephone conference, both parties shall appear at the scheduled review prepared to offer all relevant testimony or other evidence. Each party must bring documents, photographs, drawings, claims, files, witnesses, and the like, necessary to support the party's case. A party intending to offer documents for photographs into evidence shall bring enough copies for the record and for each opposing party. Motions preliminary to those at review, protests, petitions to intervene, or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed on or before June 26, 2000, with the Acting Docket Clerk, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Answer to petitions to intervene, if any shall be filed on or before June 26, 2000.
