   A-120700F2005.  Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc. Application for approval of abandonment of service by Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc., to the Municipal Sewage Authority of the Borough of Foxburg, Clarion County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before January 31, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
