   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Delaware County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe # 2318, 2709 West 9th Street, Chester, PA 19013.

Lease Expiration Date: May 31, 2000

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 2,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within a 1 mile radius of 9th Street and Highland Avenue.
