   On November 20, 2000, Flagship City Insurance Company, Erie Insurance Exchange and Erie Insurance Company (collectively Petitioners) filed a notice of appeal and request for hearing on the denial by the Insurance Department of the companies' proposed revised Uninsured/Underinsured Motorists Coverage Endorsements. A presiding officer has been appointed and the parties and interested persons ordered in part as follows:

   1.  Proceedings for the three filings are consolidated under the single docket number RT00-11-024.

   2.  The Petitioners' application for stay is granted. A hearing, if necessary, will be scheduled at the prehearing conference held in this matter.

   3.  A prehearing telephone conference initiated by the Administrative Hearings Office is scheduled for March 6, 2001 at 10 a.m. If counsel for the Petitioners or the Insurance Department will be available at a telephone number different than the telephone number of record, said counsel shall supply the number to the Docket Clerk on or before March 1, 2001.

   4.  On or before February 9, 2001, the Petitioners shall file a concise statement of the appeal, setting forth in numbered paragraphs the statutory and regulatory provisions which the appellant asserts are applicable to the instant appeal and the statutory, regulatory and industry standards alleged to have been violated by disapproval of the subject policy forms.

   5.  On or before February 23, 2001, the Insurance Department shall answer the numbered allegations set forth in the Petitioners' submission(s) and all parties shall file any motions preliminary to hearing.

   6.  Petitions to intervene and notices of intervention shall be filed on or before January 12, 2001.
