Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program

   The Department of Community and Economic Development (Department) gives notice of the establishment of the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (Program) which authorizes the award of tax credits to businesses that make contributions to scholarship organizations or educational improvement organizations determined by the Department to meet the requirements of Act 4 of 2001. The current list of scholarship organizations and educational improvement organizations can be found on the Department's website at Program guidelines, which establish the process whereby a scholarship organization or an educational improvement organization may be included on the list of organizations published by the Department, are available by contacting the Department's Economic Development Assistance Office or by accessing the Department's website.
