   A-210823 F2000. Willard Eberts, t/a Wil-Mar Bold Water Company, Inc. Application of Willard Eberts, t/a Wil-Mar Water Company, Inc., for approval of 1) the transfer of ownership and operation of Wil-Mar Water Company, Inc., to East Allen Township Municipal Authority, and 2) the abandonment by Wil-Mar Water Company, Inc., of all water service to the public.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 20, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
