   C-00004009.  Ronald Wickizer v. Luzerne County Redevelopment Authority. Complainant is expressing concern over the condition of drainage beneath the bridge carrying South Main Street (SR 2010) above the grade of a track of Luzerne County Redevelopment Authority in the Borough of Ashley, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.

   An initial hearing on this matter will be held Thursday, April 5, 2001, at 10 a.m. in Room 318, Scranton State Office Building, 100 Lackawanna Avenue, Scranton, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
