   A-212285F0103. Pennsylvania-American Water Company. Application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company for approval under 66 Pa.C.S. (relating to public utility code) of the right to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in portions of Jackson, Lancaster, Connoquenessing and Forward Townships, Butler County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before July 29, 2002, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
