   The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:


Bucks County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #0934, Washington Crossing, PA.

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 5,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space located in a 1 mile radius around the intersection of Routes 32 and 532, Upper Makefield Township.

Proposals due:  November 29, 2002, at 12 p.m.
