   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Allegheny County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #0216, 104 East Main Street, Carnegie, PA 15106-2429.

Lease Expiration Date:  March 31, 2004

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,600 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in the Central Business District of Carnegie. Site must have access for rear tractor trailer delivery.

Proposals due:  April 25, 2003, at 12 p.m.
