   C-20028714. Michael R. Yount t/a Krise Bus Service v. Allegheny & Eastern Railroad, Inc. The complainant is expressing concern of their school busses required to stop at railroad crossings where the inactive track of the Allegheny & Eastern Railroad, Inc. crosses, at grade, eight public highways in the Borough of Emporium and Shippen Township, Cameron County.

   An initial hearing on this matter will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2003, at 10 a.m. in the 11th Floor Hearing Room, Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
