   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Bucks County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #0920, Quakertown Shopping Center, 1465 W. Broad Street, Quakertown, PA 18951-1189.

Lease Expiration Date:  February 29, 2008

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 8,000 to 10,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in a 1/2- mile radius on Route 309 near the intersection with Route 313, Quakertown.
