   The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution # CB-04-251--Dated September 22, 2004. This resolution authorizes the side letter with AFSME that provides $1,000 lump sum cash payments for certain employees in the Department of Labor and Industry who obtain certifications under the Uniform Construction Code (UCC). This resolution also authorizes the payments for employees in three management classifications. The intent of these payments is to aid in the recruitment and retention of employees who perform inspection, examination and review work under the UCC.
