DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Application for Lease of Right-of-Way

[35 Pa.B. 1726]

   The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2002(e) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and 67 Pa. Code § 495.4 (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by Robert Sekola, VP, Liberty Property Ltd. Partnership, 65 Valley Stream Pkwy, Malvern, PA 19355, seeking to lease highway right-of-way located at Devon Park Road, Ramp F, SR 0202, 200 yards west of Warner Rd., Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County, 0.776 acre + adjacent to SR 0202, Ramp F for purposes of parking.

   Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylva-nia Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Andrew Warren, P. E. District Executive, Engineering District 6-0, Department of Transportation, 7000 Geerdes Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA 19406-1525, Attention: Ray DeMasi, R/W.
