Notice of Transfer to Inactive Status

   Notice is hereby given that Frederick T. Haase, Jr., having been transferred to disability inactive status in the State of Delaware by Order of the Supreme Court of Delaware dated October 20, 2004, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on June 6, 2005, transferring Frederick T. Haase, Jr., to inactive status, effective immediately, pursuant to Rule 301(c) Pa.R.D.E (relating to disabled attorneys) for an indefinite period and until further Order of the Supreme Court. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
