Draft Title V Block Grant Program; 2005 Report and 2007 Application; Public Comment Period

   During the months of May and June 2006, from the date of this publication, the Bureau of Family Health is accepting public comment about the Commonwealth's Draft Title V Block Grant Report and 2007 Application. A draft of this document is electronically accessible through a link on the Department of Health's website at www. Comments will be accepted up to June 30, 2006, and should be sent to the Title V Block Grant Coordinator Wayne S. Fleming.
