   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:


Berks County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #0605, 45 Constitution Blvd., Kutztown, PA 19530.

Lease Expiration Date:  March 31, 2008

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,700 to 4,300 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space. The location must be within the Borough of Kutztown or adjacent sections of Maxatawny Township.
