FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION

Closure of Five Locks Access Area; West Brownswick Township, Berks County

   The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 53.4(a) (relating to limiting access to Commission property and other restrictions), has closed the Commission's Five Locks Access Area in West Browns- wick Township, Berks County, to all public use. This restriction is effective when posted at the site and will remain in effect until further notice. It is unlawful for any person to enter or remain upon Commission property during the times it is closed to public use, without the express written consent of the Executive Director or his designee.
