Administrative Order

   And Now, this 1st day of January, 2006, it is hereby Ordered and Directed that any Common Pleas Judge sitting in Cambria County shall be authorized to act as a Magisterial District Judge, and may conduct hearings on any and all matters, including those graded as felony charges. This shall be at the discretion of the Judge.
