   The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution #CB-07-268, Dated October 9, 2007. Authorizes the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth and the UGSOA for the security nonsupervisory unit (R1). The Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period September 1, 2007, through August 31, 2011.

   Resolution #CB-07-269, Dated October 9, 2007. Authorizes the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth and the UGSOA for the security supervisory unit (R2). The Memorandum of Understanding provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment for the period September 1, 2007, through August 31, 2011.

   Resolution #CB-07-277, Dated October 17, 2007. Attached is the Executive Board Resolution that authorizes the side letter between the Commonwealth and AFSCME concerning the salary, working conditions and the Articles of the aster Agreement which are applicable to all temporary clerical pool employees and temporary adjunct custodial pool employees for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2011.

   Resolution #CB-07-278, Dated October 17, 2007. The attached Executive Board Resolution authorizes the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth and the Independent State Store Union (ISSU) for the first level supervisory unit (M2). Memorandum of Understanding provides for the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment for the period July 1, 2007, through June 30, 2011. This Memorandum of Understanding was previously authorized by the Executive Board in CB-07-222. There was a revision to page 5 of the Memorandum of Understanding, necessitating this resubmittal to the Executive Board.

   Resolution #OR-07-267, Dated October 9, 2007. Authorizes the addition of the Commonwealth Office of Travel Operations; a change in title from the Office of Enterprise Records Management and Directives to Office of Enterprise Records Management; the establishment of the Executive Deputy Chief Information Officer; a change in title from the Project Planning and Customer Support Division to the Program Management Division in the Bureau of Integrated Enterprise System; the establishment of the Bureau of Classification and Compensation; the establishment of the Bureau of Employee Benefits and Services and the Divisions of Absence and Safety, Group Insurance, and Workplace Support Services; and abolishes the Bureau of Classification, Compensation and Workplace Support.

   Resolution #OR-07-274, Dated October 9, 2007. Authorizes the reorganization of the Pennsylvania Game Commission. This request renames the Deputy Executive Director for Law Enforcement, Land Management and Regional Operations to the Deputy Executive Director for Regional Operations and Wildlife Protection, and renames the Technical Services Division within the Bureau to the Special Permit Enforcement Division; renames the Personnel Services Division to the Human Resources Division and moves it from under the Deputy Executive Director for Administration, Communications, and Wildlife Management to the Bureau of Administrative Services; creates the Fiscal Management Division; renames the Automotive and Procurement Division to the Contracts and Procurement Division; renames the Bureau of Land Management to the Bureau of Wildlife Habitat Management and moves it under the Deputy Executive Director for Administration, Communications, and Wildlife Management; renames the Engineering and Contract Management Division to the Engineering Division; combines the Federal Aid and Public Access, Federal/state Coordination, and Game Lands Planning and Development Division into a newly created Habitat Planning and Development Division; abolishes the Support Services Division; abolishes the Research and Propagation Divisions in the Bureau of Wildlife Management and reorganizes the functions into three new divisions named Game Management, Wildlife Diversity and Wildlife Services; renames the Conservation Education Division to the Conservation Education and Outreach Division; renames the Game News and Publications Division to the Publications Division; creates the Marketing and Merchandising Division; combines the Pubic Information and the Audio Visual services Divisions into the new Public Information and Media Services Division.

   Resolution #OR-07-296, Dated October 29, 2007. Authorizes the renaming of the Division of Application Development and Delivery to the Division of Enterprise Applications, and creates the Division of Enterprise Program and Portfolio Management, which is currently the Client and Support Services Division.
