   The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:


Allegheny County, Wine & Spirits Store #8654 (New Store), Pittsburgh, PA

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 10,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space. Location must be within a 1/4 mile radius from the intersection of Penn Avenue and 20th Street serving the Pittsburgh Strip District. Must have delivery access for tractor trailer loading.
