TIAA-CREF Life Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Several TIAA-CREF LTC Forms

 The TIAA-CREF Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 41% on 191 policyholders with the following individual LTC policy forms: TCL-LTC.04 (PA) Ed. 4/00 and TCL-LTC.04 (PA-E) Ed. 4/00. These policies were originally issued by TIAA-CREF Life Insurance Company but are now administered by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to September 2, 2011, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. To access the filing, under ''How to Find . . .'' click on ''View Current Rate Filings.''

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Laverty, Actuary, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation and Market Enforcement, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, jlaverty@state.pa.us within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
