Transfer of Assets, Abandon Service and Tariff Changes

A-2011-2266911 and A-2011-2266914. DQE Communications Network Services, LLC and MetNet Communications Services, Inc. Joint general rule application of DQE Communications Network Services, LLC and MetNet Communications Services, Inc. for approval, Nunc Pro Tunc, of: 1) MetNet Communications Services, Inc. to transfer its assets to DQE Communications Network Services, LLC; 2) for MetNet Communications Services, Inc. to abandon service and for the assumption of that service by DQE Communications Network Services, LLC; and 3) cancel MetNet tariff and approval tariff modifications to DQE Communications Network Services tariff.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before November 7, 2011. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's web site at www.puc.state.pa.us, and at the applicant's business address.
