Corporation Bureau; Official Forms

 The Department of State's Corporation Bureau (Bureau) forms and instructions to replace the outdated forms and instructions currently in 19 Pa. Code Appendix B (relating to official forms) were published as proposed at 38 Pa.B. 2199 (May 10, 2008), 40 Pa.B. 1128 (February 27, 2010) and 40 Pa.B. 6847 (November 27, 2010). The forms and instructions, which do not constitute agency regulations, were subject to the opportunity for public comment under section 201 of the act of July 31, 1968 (P. L. 769, No. 240) (45 P. S. § 1201). The Bureau did not receive any comments during any of the intervening 30-day public comment periods. Therefore, the amended forms and instructions are being codified and inserted into 19 Pa. Code Appendix B as they were published as proposed at 40 Pa.B. 6847, to replace the forms of same name and number.
