 The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:

Allegheny County, Wine & Spirits Store #0204 (Relocation), Homestead, PA

Lease entered 90-day status since: February 1, 2012

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 10,000 to 12,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in a shopping center serving the Homestead, PA area. Storeroom should have access to free parking and be able to accommodate tractor trailer deliveries.

Proposals due: May 3, 2013, at 12 p.m.
