Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by September 23, 2014. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2014-2413695. West Point Tours, Inc. (1047 Route 94, New Windsor, Orange County, NY 12553) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons, on schedule, from Pike County on the following route: beginning at the Best Western Inn at Hunt's Landing, 120 Routes 6 and 209, Matamoras, PA 18336, then heading northeast toward Reuben Bell Drive, turn left onto Reuben Bell Drive, take the first right onto US-209N/US-6E, turn slightly right onto the I-84W ramp, merge onto I-84, take exit 34 at PA-739 toward Dingmans Ferry/Lords Valley, turn left onto PA-739S to first destination at the Sunoco Station, 604 Route 739, Hawley, PA 18428; then head northwest on PA 739N toward Travis Road, turn left onto the I-84W ramp to Scranton, merge onto I-84, take the exit on the left onto I-81S toward Wilkes-Barre, take exit 175A to merge onto PA-315S toward Pittston, turn right onto Highway 315 Boulevard, take the first right to stay on Highway 315 Boulevard to the final destination of Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, 1280 Highway 315, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702; thence returning to the point of origin.

A-2014-2426091. Aseel Transport, LLC (2029 South Wood Street, Allentown, PA 18103) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons, in paratransit service, between points in the City of Allentown, PA.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2014-2405375. (Corrected) Hill Investments, LLC (25 Bala Avenue, Suite 107, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery County, PA 19004) household goods in use, between points in the Counties of Delaware and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia.
