PENNSYLVANIA PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION

Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by May 2, 2016. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2016-2537154. Premium Taxi, LLC (413 North 13th Street, Allentown, Lehigh County, PA 18102) in call or demand service, in Bethlehem Township, Northampton County, and the City of Bethlehem in the Counties of Lehigh and Northampton.

A-2016-2537573. Gettysburg Tours, Inc. (302 York Street, Gettysburg, Adams County, PA 17325) for the right to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle persons in airport transfer service, from points in Adams County, to airports within 100 statute air miles of Adams County, including Harrisburg International Airport, and excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of persons by transfer of rights as described under the application.

A-2016-2537481. Canyon Country Elite Transportation Services, Inc. (247 Tioga Street, Wellsboro, Tioga County, PA 16901) for the right to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in the Counties of Potter and Tioga, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; which is to be a transfer of the rights from A-6315888 issued to Canyon Country Cabs, LLC. Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2016-2537143. Advanced Moving and Installation, LLC (3 Crescent Court, New Cumberland, PA 17070) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as a broker for transportation of persons as described under the application.

A-2016-2537679. First Class Coach, Inc. (301 Heights Lane, #42C, Feasterville, Bucks County, PA 19053) for the right to begin to arrange the transportation of passengers, between points in Pennsylvania.
