Automatic Suspension of the License to Practice of Latanya-D W. Herrington-Cadogan, LPN; Doc. No. 1434-51-2015

 On December 16, 2016, Latanya-D W. Herrington-Cadogan, LPN, Pennsylvania license No. PN279935, last known of Fayetteville, NC, was issued a civil penalty of $500 and was indefinitely suspended based on disciplinary action taken by another state and failure to report same to the State Board of Nursing.
