OSM 17(6801,6806)101.1, Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project, Weber Run South, Cooper Township, Clearfield County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include: maintenance and protection of traffic, job; clearing and grubbing, job; access road, No. 2A coarse aggregate, 1,200 tons; grading, 971,830 cubic yards; drainage excavation, 8.950 cubic yards; rolled erosion control products, 54,825 square yards; rock lining with filter material, 3,770 square yards; smooth interior corrugated polyethylene pipe, 213 linear feet; subsurface drain, 11,750 linear feet; chimney/blanket drain, No. 8 coarse aggregate, 645 tons; and seeding, 99.3 acres.

 This bid issues on November 30, 2018, and bids will be opened on January 8, 2019, at 2 p.m. Bid documents, including drawings in PDF format and AutoCAD Map 3D format, may be downloaded for free beginning on the issue date from the Department of Environmental Protection by going to www.BidExpress.com. This project is financed by the Federal government under the authority given it by the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (act) (30 U.S.C.A. §§ 1201—1328) and is subject to the act and to the Federal grant for this project.
