Proposed Revision to the Infrastructure State Implementation Plan for the 2015 8-Hour Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard; Public Meeting Cancellations and Virtual Public Hearing Announcement

 In accordance with Governor Tom Wolf's emergency disaster declaration and based on advice from the Department of Health regarding the mitigation of the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the following in-person public hearings are cancelled:

 • April 15, 2020, at 1 p.m. at the Department's Southwest Regional Office, Waterfront A Room, 400 Waterfront Drive, Pittsburgh, PA.

 • April 17, 2020, at 10 a.m. at the Department's Southcentral Regional Office, Susquehanna Room A, 909 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA.

 • April 17, 2020, at 10 a.m. at the Department's Southeast Regional Office, Schuylkill/Delaware River Rooms, 2 East Main Street, Norristown, PA.

 The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) will hold a virtual public hearing on Friday, April 17, 2020, at 10 a.m. Persons wishing to join the hearing may do so remotely. Information will be provided on the Bureau of Air Quality's webpage at

 Persons wishing to present testimony should contact Amanda Rodriguez, P.O. Box 8468, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8468, (717) 787-9702 or to reserve a time. Witnesses will be limited to 10 minutes and should provide written copies of their testimony by means of e-mail.

 If by 12 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 2020, no person has expressed an interest in testifying at the hearing, the hearing will be cancelled. If the hearing is cancelled, the Department will provide public notice on the Bureau of Air Quality's webpage at Persons may also contact the Department to find out if the hearing is cancelled by contacting Amanda Rodriguez at or (717) 787-9702.
