Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by February 24, 2020. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2019-3014750. Agape Human Services, LLC (4030 Danberry Drive, Easton, Northampton County, PA 18045) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicles, persons with autism, intellectual disabilities or physical disabilities in paratransit service, between points in the Counties of Lehigh, Monroe and Northampton.

A-2020-3015557. C & R VIP, Inc. (P.O. Box 279, Saint Clair, Schuylkill County, PA 17970) persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, between points in Dauphin County, Lehigh County and Schuylkill County.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of persons by transfer of rights as described under the application.

A-2020-3016441. ML Car Service, Ltd. (655 North Ithan Avenue, Bryn Mawr, Montgomery County, PA 19010) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service between points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority, which is to be a transfer of all rights authorized under the certificate issued at A-6416661 to IWILLDRIVEU.COM, LLC, subject to the same limitations and conditions. A-2020-3016610. Stress-Less Moving & Storage Company (1231 Pine Grove Road, Yardley, Bucks County, PA 19067) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as contract carriers for transportation of persons as described under the application.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2020-3016548. Lebert Atkinson, t/a Chambersburg City Cab (562 Broad Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-00120808, persons upon call or demand, in the County of Franklin.

A-2020-3016908. DZ Taxi, LLC, t/a Black Bear Car Service (804 Delaware Drive, Matamoras, Pike County, PA 18336) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, from points in Pike County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
