[Saturday, April 10, 2021]

On March 19, 2021, the Insurance Department received from the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (Bureau) a filing that proposes changes to the Bureau's Experience Rating Plan rules. The revised rules impact how recoveries under subrogation rights or from third parties are handled for experience rating purposes and formalize contingent rating procedures when unit statistical reports do not include all necessary data.

Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections by means of e-mail to Dennis Sloand, Insurance Department, Office of Insurance Product Regulation, desloand@pa.gov, within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
