Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before July 19, 2021. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by July 19, 2021. In accordance with the Commission's Emergency Order at M-2020-3019262, all parties participating in matters pending before the Commission are required to eFile their submissions by opening an eFiling account and accepting eService. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods as described under the application.

A-2020-3022347. Joseph Rabelo-Rivera, t/a Movenon Moving Company (202 Carley Lane, Malvern, Chester County, PA 19355) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as contract carriers for transportation of persons as described under the application.

A-2021-3026244. All Gave Some, LLC (1007 Wise Avenue, Lake Lynn, Fayette County, PA 15451) to transport persons, in contract carrier service, for Medical Transportation Management, Inc., from points in the Counties of Allegheny, Fayette, Greene and Washington, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2021-3026585. Martin Enterprises, LLC, t/a Martin CFS (1038 New Holland Avenue, Lancaster, Lancaster County, PA 17601) for the discontinuance and cancellation of the right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Lancaster County, as originally approved at Docket A-2014-2444468.

A-2021-3026660. Wadadli Sisters Transportation, LLC (10 Shelly Circle, Lewisburg, Union County, PA 17837) for the cancellation and discontinuance of its right, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the City of Chester, Delaware County, the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, the City of Lewisburg, Union County and the City of Philadelphia, to State correctional facilities in Pennsylvania, and return, as originally docketed at Docket A-2019-3012078.
