Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before March 21, 2022. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by March 21, 2022. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both.Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2021-3029742. Crown Transportation, LLC (32 Cleveland Avenue, Waynesboro, Franklin County, PA 17268) in call or demand service, in the Borough of Gettysburg, Adams County.

A-2022-3030451. Riding with MPK Transport, LLC (188 Hidden Brook Boulevard, Dover, DE 19904) to transport persons, by motor vehicle, in paratransit service, from points in Delaware County and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2022-3030953. EZRide, LLC (17503 Matric Court, Hagerstown, Washington County, MD 21740) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in nonemergency medical paratransit service, between points in the City and County of Philadelphia.

A-2022-3030956. Aplus NEMT Services, LLC (4411 Stilley Road, Suite 207, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA 15227) to transport persons, by motor vehicle, in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Washington and Westmoreland, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2022-3030959. Kelly Duck, t/a Kelly Duck Transportation (119 Chestnut Street, Howard, Centre County, PA 16841) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in Centre County to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2022-3030865. Donald W. Lemon (206 Locust Avenue, P.O. Box 63, Mount Morris, Greene County, PA 15349) for the discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, authorizing the transportation of persons, in limousine service, as more thoroughly described in the original ordering paragraphs at A-00110429, F.1, F.1, Am-A.

A-2022-3030982. Donald W. Lemon (206 Locust Avenue, P.O. Box 63, Mount Morris, Greene County, PA 15349) for the discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, authorizing the transportation of persons, in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, as more thoroughly described in the original ordering paragraphs at A-00110429, F.2.
