CenturyTel Broadband Services, LLC; Doc. No. P-2021-3024219

 The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) has designated CenturyTel Broadband Services, LLC (CTBS) as an eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC), by order entered on November 18, 2021, at Doc. No. P-2021-3024219.

 To be eligible to receive the Federal high-cost support funding from the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) Rural Digital Opportunity Fund Auction (Auction 904), CTBS was required to obtain designation as an ETC from the Commission. CTBS was required to certify to the FCC that it has received designation as an ETC in the eligible census block groups in this Commonwealth for which it will receive Auction 904 Federal high-cost support from the FCC.
