Peer Group Criteria

 The WIC Management Information System automatically assigns stores to one of five peer groups depending on store size, number of registers and where the store is located as follows:

 Under 28 Pa. Code §§ 1103.4(5) and 1105.3(a)(1) (relating to selection criteria for authorization and reauthorization; and terms and conditions of participation) and 7 CFR 246.12 (relating to food delivery methods), the WIC Program hereby publishes notice of the Competitive Prices for Peer Group 1 Stores.

Competitive Prices

 To remain WIC Authorized, each store must maintain the minimum inventory of the following WIC food items at, or below, the Competitive Prices listed for the store's peer group. Effective, October 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022, the Competitive Prices for WIC Authorization for Peer Group 1 Stores are as follows:

The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to the USDA by mail to the United States Department of Agriculture, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, 1400 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, D.C. 20250-9410, fax (833) 256-1665, (202) 690-7442, Program.Intake@usda.gov.
