Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before December 19, 2022. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by December 19, 2022. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2022-3036240. The Cat's Meow Limousines, LLC (260 Quail Hill Road, Connellsville, Fayette County, PA 15425) persons in limousine service, from points in the Counties of Fayette and Westmoreland, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2022-3036282. Green Transportation Service, LLC (2707 Westmoreland Street, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19129) to transport persons, by motor vehicle, in paratransit service, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2022-3036473. Executive, Inc. (1167 Newport Mews Drive, Bensalem, Bucks County, PA 19020) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service, between points in Pennsylvania, excluding service that is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2022-3036653. All The Way Transportation, LLC (2515 North Front Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA 17110) persons in limousine service, from points in the Counties of Adams, Allegheny, Beaver, Berks, Bucks, Butler, Carbon, Chester, Columbia, Cumberland, Delaware, Erie, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Mifflin, Montgomery, Northampton, Perry, Schuylkill, Washington and York, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2022-3036727. Quick Run Transportation, LLC (453 Glen Ridge Road, Tobyhanna, Monroe County, PA 18466) persons in paratransit service, limited to service in wheelchair accessible vans, between points in the Counties of Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton and Pike.

A-2022-3036793. City Limo-Taxi, Inc., d/b/a Sam's Limo Service (575 Long Acre Lane, Yardley, Bucks County, PA 19067) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, between points in the Counties of Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia, and from points in Bucks County to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2022-3036822. Heartland Medical Transportation, Inc. (115 Longfellow Close, Moosic, Lackawanna County, PA 18507) to transport, by motor vehicle, in paratransit service, persons from points in the Counties of Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming, to points in Pennsylvania, and return. (37 South Main Street, Manchester, York County, PA 17345) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-2012-2287514, persons in paratransit service, from points in the County of York to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
