Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before January 3, 2023. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by January 3, 2023. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2022-3036823. Cheltenham Home Care Agency, Inc. (1349 West Cheltenham Avenue, Suite 102, Montgomery County, Elkins Park, PA 19027) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery and Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania and return.

A-2022-3037000. Marshall Wright Company, t/a The Driverz (1525 Cedar Cliff Drive, Suite 105, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, PA 17011) persons in paratransit service, between points in the Counties of Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster and York.

A-2022-3037104. Emergycare, Inc. (1926 Peach Street, Erie, Erie County, PA 16502) to transport, as a common carrier, persons in paratransit service, using both wheelchair accessible and nonwheelchair accessible vehicles, to, from and between medical and medically related facilities in Mercer County to points in Pennsylvania, and return. A-2022-3037120. Helping Others To Live, Inc. (3626 North Broad Street, 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19140) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as a broker for transportation of household goods in use as described under the application.

A-2022-3036988. Movers of Pennsylvania, LLC (5831 Forward Avenue, Suite 1094, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA 15217) for a brokerage license evidencing the Commission's approval of the right and privilege to operate as a broker, to arrange for the transportation of household goods in use between points in Pennsylvania.
