RACING COMMISSION

Receipt of Matters Subject to Intervention

 In accordance with 7 Pa. Code § 179.17(d), the State Horse Racing Commission (Commission) provides notice that it has received the following timely, substantially complete and properly filed application seeking licensure as a secondary pari mutual organization and authorization to engage in certain licensed racing activities within the Commonwealth:

 1. AmWest Entertainment, LLC—SPMO—License Application (Docket No. 2022-06)

 The Commission intends to consider the previously listed application at a future public meeting. Under 7 Pa. Code § 179.17(b) and (e) of the Commission's adopted procedures, persons interested in intervening in the previously listed matters may file a Petition to Intervene with the Commission within 30 days of the publication of this notice.
