Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before April 24, 2023. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by April 24, 2023. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc. pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2023-3038350. Kenneth R. Findley (1138 Silver Spring Road, Holtwood, Lancaster County, PA 17532) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating a motor vehicle, from points in Lancaster and York Counties, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2023-3038624. 51 Transporting, LLC (5429 Baltimore Avenue, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19143) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from between points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia.

A-2023-3039219. Tri Transit, LLC (923 South 17th Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA 17104) persons in paratransit service, between points in the Counties of Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York.

A-2023-3039302 Robert C. Baier (119 Baier Hollow, Watsontown, Northumberland County, PA 17777) persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in Northumberland County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as a broker for transportation of persons as described under the application.

A-2023-3037697. Amar Mobility Solutions, LLC, t/a Amar Mobility (1909 Waterfront Place, Apartment 153, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA 15222) for a brokerage license evidencing the Commission's approval of the right and privilege to operate as a broker, to arrange for the transportation of persons between points in Pennsylvania.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2023-3039223. Wills Taxi Service, LLC (197 High Street, Berlin, Somerset County, PA 15530) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, persons upon call or demand service, in the County of Somerset; subject to the following condition: that no right, power or privilege is granted to provide service in that part of Somerset County that is both east of State Route 160 and north of US Highway Route 30.

A-2023-3039284. Fausto Rodriguez, t/a Rodriguez Transportation (935 North Vine Street, Hazleton, Luzerne County, PA 18201) for the discontinuance and cancellation of his right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, restricted to service to or from a client's place of employment, between points in Luzerne County, as originally Docketed at A-2019-3011973.
