A-2023-3040481, A-2023-3040482, A-2023-3040483, G-2023-3040484, G-2023-3040485 and G-2023-3040486. American Transmission Systems, Incorporated, MidAtlantic Interstate Transmission, LLC and Trans-Allegheny Interstate Line Company. Joint application of American Transmission Systems, Incorporated, MidAtlantic Interstate Transmission, LLC and Trans-Allegheny Interstate Line Company for all of the necessary authority, approvals and certificates of public convenience required to lawfully effectuate: (1) the purchase and sale agreement of an incremental 30% equity interest in FirstEnergy Transmission, LLC by North American Transmission Company II, LP; (2) the transfer of Class B membership interests in Mid-Atlantic Interstate Transmission, LLC held by FirstEnergy Corp. to FirstEnergy Transmission, LLC; (3) where necessary, associated affiliated interest agreements; and (4) any other approvals necessary to complete the contemplated transaction.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before June 5, 2023. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available only online for inspection and copying on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) web site at www.puc.pa.gov, and at the applicant's business address. Parties to proceedings pending before the Commission must open and use an e-filing account through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov or individuals may submit the filing by overnight delivery to the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120. If a filing contains confidential or proprietary material, the filing is required to be submitted by overnight delivery. Large filings containing confidential or proprietary material may be submitted through the Commission's Share Point File system with advanced notice to the Commission prior to submittal.
