Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before February 13, 2023. Filings are recommended to be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by February 13, 2023. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the previously listed docket number or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2022-3037307. One Transportation Services, LLC (143 Sutherland Drive, East Earl, Lancaster County, PA 17519) to transport, by motor vehicle, in paratransit service, persons from points in Lancaster County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2023-3037480. Blakk Pearl, LLC (2234 1/2 Webster Avenue, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA 15219-4267) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, between points in Allegheny County.

Luke Yummy, Inc., t/a Luke's Yummy Catering (1400 Willow Avenue, Elkins Park, Montgomery County, PA 19027) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery, and the City and County of Philadelphia.

A-2023-3037675. The Cat's Meow Limousines, LLC (260 Quail Hill Road, Connellsville, Fayette County, PA 15425) persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in Fayette County, to points in the Counties of Allegheny, Somerset and Westmoreland, and return.

Application of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of household goods by transfer of rights as described under the application.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2022-3036872. Lehigh Valley Medical Transportation & Consulting, Inc. A-2018-3000445. S&P Network, LLC (5267 Simpson Ferry Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, PA 17050) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, household goods in use, between points in Pennsylvania.
