Application of Pennsylvania MSA, LLC for approval to offer, render, furnish or supply telecommunications services to the public as a competitive local exchange carrier in the service territories of: Armstrong Telephone Company of Pennsylvania; Consolidated Communications of Pennsylvania; Frontier Communications of Pennsylvania, LLC; Frontier Communications—Lakewood, Inc.; Mahanoy & Mahantongo Telephone Company; Palmerton Telephone Company; Pennsylvania Telephone Company; Pymatuning Independent Telephone Company; Sugar Valley Telephone Company; Venus Telephone Corporation; Verizon Pennsylvania, LLC; Verizon North, LLC; The United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania, LLC, d/b/a CenturyLink; Windstream Buffalo Valley and Windstream Pennsylvania, LLC.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before January 16, 2024. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's web site at and at the applicant's business address.
