American National Life Insurance Company of Texas; (AMNH-133528045) Individual PPO—Grandfathered Filing; Rate Filing

 American National Life Insurance Company of Texas submitted a rate filing for its Individual PPO Grandfathered Plan. The filing proposes a flat rate adjustment of 10% and will affect one member.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to May 5, 2023, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written or e-mail comments, suggestions or objections to Michael Hibbert, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, mhibbert@pa.gov within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
