 The following requests for exceptions relate to regulations governing Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries licensure under 28 Pa. Code Chapter 611 (relating to home care agencies and home care registries). The following agencies have filed requests for exceptions under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions) with the Department of Health (Department), which has authority to license home care agencies and home care registries under the Health Care Facilities Act (35 P.S. §§ 448.101—448.904b).

Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from the Department of Health, Division of Home Health, 2525 North 7th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110, (717) 783-1379, ra-paexcept@pa.gov. Persons who wish to comment on an exception request may do so by sending a letter by mail or e-mail to the Division at the previously listed contact information. Comments received by the Department within 10 days after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Department before it decides whether to approve or disapprove the request for exception.
