Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before April 8, 2024. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by April 8, 2024. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the listed docket number as follows or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2024-3045901. Future Days, LLC (112 Park Place, Kingston, Luzerne County, PA 18704) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Lackawanna and Luzerne, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3045903. Future Days, LLC (112 Park Place, Kingston, Luzerne County, PA 18704) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in airport transfer service, from points in the Counties of Lackawanna and Luzerne to Harrisburg International Airport, Lehigh Valley International Airport and Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport, and vice versa.

A-2024-3046856. Trinite Fleet, LLC (1209 Hale Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2024-3047059. BGP, LLC, t/a PA Transportation Services (2045 Westgate Drive, Suite 100, Bethlehem, Lehigh County, PA 18017) persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe and Schuylkill, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2024-3047074. Rochelle Bush Jones, t/a Rose Transport (5002 North 11th Street, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19141) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-2019-3011370, persons in paratransit service, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia to the following correctional facilities and entertainment venues: State Correctional Institution (SCI) Benner Township, SCI Camp Hill, SCI Chester, SCI Coal Township, SCI Frackville, SCI Houtzdale, SCI Huntingdon, SCI Laurel Highlands, SCI Mahanoy, SCI Muncy, SCI Phoenix, SCI Pine Grove, Quehanna Motivational Boot Camp, SCI Retreat, SCI Rockview, SCI Smithfield, SCI Somerset, SCI Waymart, Dorney Park, Hershey Park, Sesame Place and the Philadelphia Zoo, and return.

A-2024-3047075. Diamonds Auto Transport, LLC (150 North Radnor Chester Road, Suite F-200, Radnor, Delaware County, PA 19087) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in Delaware County and the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return, as originally docketed at A-2023-3041939.

A-2024-3047210. Michael Mizur, t/a Limo 1 (3015 North Front Street, Whitehall, Lehigh County, PA 18052) for the discontinuance and cancellation of his right to transport persons, in group and party service, in vehicles seating between 11 and 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in Lehigh and Northampton Counties, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority, as originally docketed at A-2013-2356615.

A-2024-3047217. Newtown American Legion Ambulance Squad, Inc., t/d/b/a Newtown Ambulance Squad (2651 South Eagle Road, Newtown, Bucks County, PA 18940) discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-00115887, persons in paratransit service, between points in the Boroughs of Bristol, Langhorne Manor, Newtown and Penndel and the Townships of Bensalem, Bristol, Falls, Lower Makefield, Lower Southampton, Middletown, Newtown, Northampton, Upper Makefield and Wrightstown, all located in Bucks County, and from points in said territory, to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa, limited to the following vehicles: ambulances, wheelchair lift vans, buses and automobiles: Subject to the following condition, that no right power or privilege is granted to provide transportation services to points in the Township of Upper Southampton and Warminster, Bucks County.

A-2024-3047374. Mary Jane T. Kline (4447 Glenville Road, Cochranville, Chester County, PA 19330) for the discontinuance and cancellation of her right to transport, as a common carrier, persons in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the portion of Chester County west of Route 10 and Lancaster County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return, as originally docketed at A-2009-2141314.
