 EC-65-81369-23, Storage Tank Removal, Pitzer Transport, Inc., City of Jeannette, Westmoreland County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include: removal of one steel underground storage tank system (one 10,000-gallon diesel underground storage tank); tank is uncapped and has 25 5/8 inches of water and 3/8 inches of product at the last inspection. There is a need to pump the tanks of liquid and properly dispose of liquid. A closure report is required as well as closure sampling.
