§ 105.13a. Complete applications.
(a) An application for a permit is complete when the necessary information is provided and requirements under the act and this chapter have been satisfied by the applicant.
(b) When the Department determines that an application is incomplete or contains insufficient information, it will notify the applicant in writing. The applicant shall have 60 days from the date of the Departments letter to complete the application or the Department will consider the application to be withdrawn. Requests for a specific extension shall be submitted by the applicant in writing. The applicant will be notified in writing when an application is considered withdrawn. If the applicant chooses to reapply for a permit, a new complete application and fee will be required.
